You’ll want to start with one day post-washed hair. Backcomb gently for a soft, voluminous finish.
I think this is my favourite Chic Star pencil dress so far! It's made from poly/elastane stretch fabric in a gorgeous midnight blue. The fabric is lovely and soft and smooth against the skin.
